Josh Zad, the founder and CEO of the self-proclaimed 'Instagrammable' coffee shop Alfred, is one of the entrepreneurs behind this at-home coffee boom. In the meantime, Zad and the rest of the group will focus on their other projects around town, and an as-yet-undefined pop-up will inhabit the West Third location until the new year, when a more coffee bar-specific build-out will get underway.
